چکیده
Background: Cerebrovascular disease is characterized by an acute compromise of the cerebral perfusion or vascular which caused morbidity and mortality around world. The most accurate imaging technique for evaluation cerebrovascular system digital subtraction angiography (DSA), but it can cause many complications, one groin complication. Our objective was to determine incidence predictors complication after neurointervention procedure. Methods: An observational prospective study conducted in PELNI hospital, from January until June 2021, with a total sample 246 patients. We observed hematoma that occurred within 24 h procedure. Data analysed using SPSS ver 24. Results: There were patients who underwent DSA procedures. average age 54.3±11.9 years majority male (59.5%). 37.4%. evaluated bivariate analysis (p=0.167), gender (p=0.827), frequency puncture (p=0.178), catheter size (p=0.200), duration compression (p=0.477), comorbidities (hypertension; p=0.839, diabetes; p=0.178, heart disease; p=0.373), history anticoagulant (p=0.022). Multivariate showed (p=0.023, OR=2.118 (95% CI 1.107-4.049) be significant factors contributing intervention. Conclusions: Groin complications appeared procedure rate 37.4% associated mostly anticoagulant.

Incidence of chest tube clogging after cardiac surgery: a single-centre prospective observational study.
OBJECTIVES Chest drainage following cardiac surgery is used to avoid complications related to the accumulation of blood and serous fluid in the chest. We aimed to determine the incidence of chest tube clogging and the role of bedside assessment in identifying the potential for failure to drain. METHODS Data from 150 patients undergoing cardiac surgery using cardiopulmonary bypass from March t...
متن کاملIncidence and predictors of stent thrombosis: a single-centre study of 5,833 consecutive patients undergoing coronary artery stenting.
AIMS Stent thrombosis (ST) is an infrequent but potentially fatal complication of PCI. The reported incidence of ST varies from 0-5%, due to differences in definition of ST, inclusion/exclusion criteria, and the type of stent and dual antiplatelet therapy used. We aimed to examine the incidence of ST and associated risk factors in this "real-world, all-comers" study. METHODS AND RESULTS All p...
متن کاملEfficacy of Intraoperative, Single-Bolus Corticosteroid Dose to Prevent Postoperative Respiratory Complication after Transhiatal Esophagectomy
Introduction: Esophageal cancer is among the most common malignancies. Hospital mortality in the past decade reduced; but its morbidity is still high. Pulmonary complications are the most common complications after esophageal resection. In this study we examined the effect of steroids administration during surgery to reduce postoperative morbidity with a focus on respiratory complications.Mater...
متن کاملPredictors of participation of adolescents with cerebral palsy: A European multi-centre longitudinal study
We investigated whether childhood factors that are amenable to intervention (parenting stress, child psychological problems and pain) predicted participation in daily activities and social roles of adolescents with cerebral palsy (CP). We randomly selected 1174 children aged 8-12 years from eight population-based registers of children with CP in six European countries; 743 (63%) agreed to parti...
متن کاملParathyroidectomy after successful kidney transplantation: a single centre study.
BACKGROUND Successful kidney transplantation is believed to cure secondary hyperparathyroidism, but persistent disease has emerged in a significant number of allograft recipients. A parathyroidectomy is ultimately required in some of these patients. To gain insight into the incidence, risk factors and consequences of parathyroidectomy in patients with a functioning renal graft, we performed a r...
